We collect data from real work to help train AI and robots. We work with local businesses and their employees to record everyday tasks using equipment provided by our team.
Our main focus is small and medium-sized businesses, including repair shops, laundries, cleaning and housekeeping providers, restaurants, kitchens, car washes, and other service businesses. We also work with selected factories.
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to grow our network of data collection locations. You will find and close partners yourself, build and guide a team of collaborators and freelancers, and plan how we expand across business types and locations.
Success means bringing in suitable partners who start participating and continue working with us, not simply collecting signed agreements.
What you will do
- Find and approach business owners and workers who are a good fit for our data collection work.
- Explain how participation works, answer questions honestly, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
- Personally manage opportunities from first contact through to a successful start.
- Recruit, train, and guide sales collaborators and freelancers; set clear goals and follow up on their work.
- Build a practical sales plan covering target industries, locations, priorities, and the resources needed.
- Work with the operations team to help new locations get started and resolve issues that affect participation.
- Maintain partner relationships and improve retention, participation, and results over time.
- Track your own and the team's results, acquisition costs, and progress accurately. Raise problems early and suggest practical solutions.
What we are looking for
- A track record of finding customers or partners and closing deals through your own work.
- Experience leading a sales team or coordinating collaborators, with a willingness to keep selling personally.
- Clear communication, good listening skills, and confidence working with local business owners and workers in Vietnamese.
- Honesty and integrity: accurate reporting, realistic promises, and respect for partners' decisions.
- Self-motivation and good judgment about what is best for the company over the long term.
- A practical, solution-oriented approach. You take responsibility and follow through rather than waiting for every instruction.
- Good organization, attention to detail, and willingness to travel to partner locations in Da Nang and surrounding areas.
