We collect data from real work to help train AI and robots. We work with local businesses and their employees to record everyday tasks using equipment provided by our team.
Our main focus is small and medium-sized businesses, including repair shops, laundries, cleaning and housekeeping providers, restaurants, kitchens, car washes, and other service businesses. We also work with selected factories.
About the role
Find and build partnerships with local businesses whose employees can take part in recording real work for AI and robotics training. You will approach partners directly, explain the arrangement, close agreements, and follow through until each location starts participating.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who can independently plan and deliver partner growth.
What you will do
- Identify and approach suitable business owners and workers, including restaurants, kitchens, car washes, laundries, repair shops, and cleaning businesses.
- Explain participation, benefits, and responsibilities clearly; answer questions, negotiate, and close agreements.
- Follow up until partners begin participating and help maintain the relationship.
- Coordinate with the operations team on equipment guidance, handovers, and issues at partner locations.
- Grow the network through referrals and existing relationships.
- Keep accurate records of opportunities, partner activity, results, and next steps.
What we are looking for
- Experience in field sales, channel development, outlet acquisition, or partnership development.
- Proven results in finding prospects and closing business independently.
- Ability to plan and carry out partner expansion in Da Nang without close day-to-day supervision.
- Clear communication in Vietnamese, good listening skills, and the patience to follow up until work is completed.
- Honesty, discipline, attention to detail, and confidence using technology.
- Willingness to travel in Da Nang and the Quang Nam area. Having your own car is an advantage.
We will provide guidance on the project and equipment. Prior AI or robotics expertise is not required.
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed based on experience and ability. Performance incentives for partner development will be explained during the interview.
